Thank you for shopping with AMG Online Enterprises LLC. We’re committed to delivering your wellness and health products safely and efficiently. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size/weight, and selected shipping method.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL Through SHIPPO. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package requirements.

4. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the U.S.

5. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • We are not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, contact us at Austania60@gmail.com and we’ll assist you with a claim or resolution.

  • Stolen Packages: If tracking confirms delivery but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors/building management and file a report with the carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and work with you toward a reasonable resolution.

9. Final Sale / No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of wellness and health products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect product selection

  • taste, scent, or personal preference

  • opened or unopened items

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this final sale policy.
